By the age of 2 years, domesticated hens begin to develop reproductive problems and cancers from incessant egg laying, and it ultimately kills them. It is a protracted and horrible death.
Eggs are chicken periods. Chickens and genetically modified so that they have 300 periods a year just so you can poison yourself with their menstruation.
In some nations it is illegal for egg packaging to claim eggs are, “nutritious” “healthy” or “safe.”

Dairy products have been linked to a long list of health problems. The dairy industry is incredibly cruel.
Dairy cows are repeatedly impregnated by rape, also known as artificial insemination. Forcefully impregnating a female against her will is rape. The device used in the industry is known as the “rape rack.”
When a calf is born, it is cruelly taken away from its mother within 24 hours of birth. This causes profound distress to both the mother and her new-born.
Female calves are destined to suffer the same fate as their mothers. Half of all calves born are male, and because they do not have the ability to produce milk, they are seen by the dairy industry as a liability and sent for slaughter to become veal on supermarket shelves.
The mother cow is forcefully milked until she can give no more milk. These cows are genetically manipulated to produce about ten times as much milk as they would naturally, thus spending their lives constantly bloated and in pain.
This cruel process of rape and milking is repeated until the cow becomes old and weak and then it is slaughtered for meat. Cows on industrial farms live for about four or five years, whereas under less stressful conditions, they would live for approximately 25 years.
Cows on organic farms can suffer even more because when the animals’ udders become infected, many farmers will not administer medicine, as that would prevent them from labeling the cows’ milk as organic.
Animals pay a hefty price for your milk, cheese, yogurt and ice cream – they pay with their life in bloodied slaughter houses that you would hate to visit.
“We need milk for calcium.”
We can get calcium from the same source as animals – plants.
Green leafy vegetables, including spring greens, cabbage, swede, rocket, watercress, kale, broccoli, and parsley are all great sources of calcium. Other sources are oranges, kidney beans, black-eyed beans, mixed nuts, seeds, chickpeas, tahini, almonds and many other foods.
Fortified foods such as calcium-set tofu and white bread are also excellent sources of calcium.
Milk made from soy, almond, rice, and hemp, also contain calcium.
The calcium in cow’s milk is not as easily absorbed, meaning that vegetables such as kale are much better sources of calcium than animal milk.
After a certain age, it’s not natural to keep consuming milk, especially the milk of another species. Why are humans drinking cow’s milk? No other species drinks the milk of other species as a norm.
Cow’s milk contains steroids, growth hormones, and antibiotics. It was created for calves, not for humans.
“The meat and dairy industry creates jobs.”
So did the slave trade.
There is clear evidence that factory farms cause disease and deforestation.
Farmers who enslave and kill animals could easily transform their land to harvest fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, and legumes.
